It’s officially November! 2022 is coming to an end soon… we rolled out the November Gratitude Challenge in 2021 and it is back by popular demand! It’s important to express gratitude throughout the year but we wanted to take extra time to focus on what we are grateful for this month.
The point of the Gratitude Challenge is to focus on staying thankful for thirty days. You can start the challenge on November 1st and do it for the whole month (as our team is doing), or you can start the challenge any day that works for you and follow along at your own pace.
For daily inspiration, we’ve put together a November Kindness & Gratitude Calendar for daily inpso. Click the image to access and download!
Another fun activity to do with your kids is a game of Gratitude BINO! Below are downloadable Gratitude BINGO cards which you can provide your family during the given timeline (i.e. week of or week prior to Thanksgiving) to promote a climate of gratitude and support at home and in the classroom.

Share your Gratitude Challenge pics with us on social media! Share them with us and tag them with #wisegratitudechallenge – help spread the word!
Also be on the lookout for some super cute posts of kids from our practice expressing what they are grateful for. If they don’t get you in the holiday spirit, we don’t know what will! They are sure to inspire you! This is one of the team’s favorite campaigns and we hope you enjoy these audio recordings as much as we do.
Until next time, Be Wise!
“I don’t think we could survive our kid without The Wise Family. Our clinician is so patient and such a compassionate person. She helps our child feel so in control of his body, and us so in control of our parenting.”
