Mr. Tim is an avid Washington Nationals, Redskins and Capitals fan. He has never met a meal he didn’t like with the exception of liver and onions, which he will ban if he ever gains a position of power and/or discovers an island. He hopes to someday watch a baseball game from Boston’s famed Green Monster and attend a day game at Wrigley Field in Chicago. His proudest accomplishment has been raising his two children and watching them grow into the stellar young adults they are today.
“Mr. Tim” is a member of our clinical assessment team and has over ten years of experience assessing young clients applying to independent schools throughout the greater Washington DC area. With an M.A. in Clinical Psychology from Towson University, “Mr. Tim” works full time for the Department of Juvenile Justice as the Court Psychologist for the 31st District Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court in Manassas, VA.
“Amy is like Oprah – she’s the neighbor you love who is very, very smart”— Parent of 14-year-old son and 18-year-old daughter
Amy knows how to relate to children, and make them feel comfortable . My son was shy at the beginning but Amy asked him a couple questions about what he likes and immediately found the connection to him. He happily followed her in the office (just after a 3 min of conversation) and preformed the test. He wasn’t nervous or scared and it’s bc of her ability to relate to kids.
We had a great experience and he wants to go back! Thank you very much!— Dad of 5-year-old assessment client
